G20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using g20's services. Your use of our platform constitutes your full agreement to all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the g20 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and g20 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
G20 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of g20 services, you are required to register and open a personal account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. g20 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documents at any time.
- At least 18 years of age at the date of registration
- Resident in or located within a jurisdiction that permits the use of such a platform
- Only one active account is permitted at any one time
- Never previously banned from using the g20 platform
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party
- Notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised access
- G20 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
G20 users are required to use the platform in a responsible and ethical manner, and to comply with all applicable rules. Any conduct that violates the following rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law
- Impersonating another person or providing false personal information during registration or while using the platform
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to manipulate games, the payment system, or any platform function
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
- Opening multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage from promotions or bonuses
- Intentionally disrupting platform operations or the experience of other users
G20 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the g20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before making any deposit.
Important information regarding financial transactions on g20:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to current policy and may change from time to time — check your account section for the latest information
- All deposit transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system
- Withdrawals can only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the g20 account holder
- G20 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, including requesting identity verification documents
- Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or carry out fraudulent transactions will result in account freezing and appropriate legal action
- G20 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by the user's bank or third-party payment processors
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
G20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, authority request, or any other reason deemed reasonable by platform management. Valid balances will be returned in accordance with established procedures, subject to any required investigation.
G20 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and g20 makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability.
All content on the g20 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of g20 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from g20.
6. Third-Party Links, Amendments & Governing Law
The g20 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. g20 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss arising from their use. Users are encouraged to review the terms of service of the relevant third party before using them.
G20 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users who continue to use the platform after amendments are published are considered to have accepted the changes. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
